Steelasophical uses the same quality PA system and lighting as top wedding dj’s – let us seamlessly kick off your evening entertainment performing music to welcome the evening guests, getting them up to speed and in the mood, and setting the atmosphere for the fun, dancing and laughter to come. Typically this would be the first 90mins of your evening dance reception. We can even play your first, second and third dance choices and provide a microphone for speeches.

The OGH is situated in the centre of Guernsey’s capital St Peter Port, just a minute from the High Street and five minutes from the picturesque harbour. Its position benefits from stunning views overlooking the harbour and neighbouring islands.

Guests arriving by car should park in front of the hotel. As you check-in a member of our concierge team will happily valet park your vehicle in our hotel car park, which is located at the rear of the hotel in Hospital Lane. Simply advise us when you will be needing your car again and we will ensure that it is in front of the hotel, ready and waiting for you, at that time. Please be aware of specific driving regulations on the island of Guernsey.

Disabled guests may park on the designated disabled parking bay at the front of the hotel and enter via the disabled lift to the main hotel lobby for check-in at either the main desk, or for wheelchair users, the guest services desk. The hotel is equipped with a further disabled lift to the Sir John Coward room, Regency Room, cloakrooms, concierge, Brasserie and main lift.
